For venues and their guests

One menu.
More ways to explore.

Accessible presentation today, practical tools for your venue, and more thoughtful features in development.

All About Access is designed to work alongside your printed menus and website, giving guests another way to explore your food and drink when they visit.

Our approach

Designed for the table, not just the screen.

Guests use their own phone to see a menu in a format that suits them. No extra app to download. No replacement for the hospitality you already provide.

Thoughtfully designed. Ready to explore.

Thoughtfully designed. Ready to explore.

From accessible presentation to flexible menu management, All About Access brings practical features together in one easy-to-use system.

More comfortable reading

Guests can adjust text size, switch between different colour and contrast modes, and choose a font that suits them, including Lexend.

Listen and navigate

Clearly structured menus work with screen readers such as Apple’s VoiceOver and Android’s TalkBack, helping guests explore food and drink using their own devices.

A menu you can manage

Update dishes, descriptions and prices, rearrange sections and hide unavailable items. Keep your menu up to date without relying on a web designer.

The right menu at the right time

Schedule menu sections to appear at different times of day, making it easier to manage breakfast, lunch, dinner or other time-specific offerings.

Options, extras and dietary details

Present serving sizes, optional extras and dietary information alongside menu items, giving guests a clearer understanding of what’s available. Staff remain the point of contact for allergen advice.

Scan, tap and explore

A QR code or NFC tag opens your venue’s menu directly on a guest’s device. Your menu can change as often as needed while the link stays the same.

More independence, more confidence

Their choices. Their way.

My Choices brings another level of independence to the experience. Guests can create a private, temporary list of what they’d like, adjust quantities and keep track of different variations before discussing their choices with staff.

For someone who finds reading, remembering or communicating an order difficult, this simple feature can make a meaningful difference.

My Choices is a reference and communication aid, not an ordering or payment system. Guests continue to place their orders directly with venue staff.

Designed primarily for use during a visit. Menus can be viewed beforehand, but prices, availability and time-specific offerings may change.

Built for real visits

Useful when the guest is actually with you.

All About Access is designed first and foremost for browsing a venue menu on site – at the table, at the counter or wherever a guest is choosing.

The web link may be opened ahead of a visit, but that does not guarantee a particular dish, price or timed selection will be available later. Menu information can change, and staff remain the final point of confirmation.

We are exploring better ways to handle menus and items that change by time of day, without misleading customers about future availability.

In development and on the roadmap

More useful tools are on the way.

We want All About Access to become even more helpful for venues, without making the system complicated. These ideas are planned, not available or guaranteed for a particular launch date.

Planned feature

Built-in QR-code generator

Create a QR code for your stable menu URL directly from the venue dashboard, ready to use in your own printed materials.

Planned feature

Print-ready branded menus

Use your existing menu data to create a branded printed-menu layout, reducing duplicate entry when both print and digital need updating.

Planned feature

Visitor insights

Understand overall menu usage with appropriate privacy protections and clear reporting; the exact measurements and presentation are still being designed.

Good ideas travel.

An improvement inspired by one venue could help people enjoying time at many others. Together, we can develop practical accessibility tools built around everyday hospitality.

A more considered welcome can also give prospective guests greater confidence when deciding where to visit – without making promises about sales or visitor numbers.
